Deposits

50% maximum down needed to hold the confirmations. Remaining balance must be received 30 days in advance prior to check in unless otherwise advised by us.

 

Payments for Deposits

We accept checks, bank wire transfers, or Paypal (credit cards accepted here).  Our PayPal.com account name is costaricada@yahoo.com Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an invoice/itinerary from us via email that will indicate your paid deposit, balance due, and trip itinerary.

 

Balance Due

Payable in CASH on the day you arrive… Or if you prefer, may be paid to our Paypal account, account name costaricada@yahoo.com, or by wire transfer, but must be received no later than 14 business days prior to your arrival, however, any extra fees incurred from these payment methods will be added to your balance.

 

Cancellation Fees

*30-8 days prior to start of tour: Fee is 50% of tour price.
*7 days or less prior to start of tour or during tour: Fee is 100% of tour price.  Time of cancellation will be when notice is received.  Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
